Your Daily task at Holiday Inn Vanderbilt will be:
check in/out guests Accept proper payments (cash, credit card, etc)
Upsell rooms where possible Issue, control and release guest safe-deposit boxes
Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures
Respond appropriately to guest complaints.
Make appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Requirements include holding a High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year front desk/guest service experience. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
